This strategy aims to integrate GG+A’s specialty into Huron’s digital capabilities. As such, it will provide comprehensive, data-informed donor journey strategies, thereby enhancing Huron’s philanthropy consulting services.

Founded in 1961, GG+A is a leading consultancy applauded for its sustainable, high-performing fundraising programs that align with strategic objectives and foster long-term donor relationships. With clients all over the globe, they are expected to finalize the acquisition with Huron by March 2024. However, the financial details concerning this deal were not revealed.

The Merger Will Benefit Clients and Increase Value

Huron’s CEO and President, Mark Hussey, stressed that this acquisition will enrich their client contentment rate, as it merges the deep-rooted client relationships and digital resources of Huron with GG+A’s advancement consulting expertise.
